Market research done in 2010 shows big differences in opinions, between tourists and tourist agencies, in the most important part of marketing communication - media:
- quality of printed material (including quality of paper and printing techniques used),
- layout and color tones used (both in printed material and in electronic media),
- types of information used in different types of media (brochure, catalogue, leaflet, map, SMS, e-mail, web site, etc.),
- media used for transmitting message for different age groups.
